Blogs - Wordpress and Blogger
You may notice that ResearchEase uses Wordpress for its official site while it uses Blogger for its Yoga site Caribbeanyogi and its other Researchease Website Blog. This is not to confuse followers, but rather to showcase and learn all the different items each blog may offer to its users.
ResearchEase belives that as a Blog Writer and Blog Maintenance Engineer, that it is beneficial to have knowledge of the benefits and disadvantages iof different blogs sites. We will be writing further articles on this subject, and if any followers wold like to leave comments, we would love to hear from you.
Sincerely
ResearchEase
(Please note that the articles on www.researchease.com and www.researchease.blogspot.com are different, so please, read both).
Caribbean Yogi
ReasearchEase has a big interest in Yoga and has started a blog intended to attract Caribbean Yoginis and Yogis, or simply interested people. This is of course not just for the Caribbean but internationally.
The eventual aim would be to have a network for the YasodharaYoga Centers and teachers in Trinidad, to educate others out there who may not be at all exposed. Every teacher will offer different avenues for thought, and at the very least you may gain a lot of insight.
As a reader and writer, I am working on material at the moment to share with others, as well as researching some of my favourite authors, such as Swami Sivananda Radha and Paramahansa Yogananda. Would it not be wonderful to have a Caribbean Yoga Journal one day, or our very own comprehensive Yoga magazine!
Therefore, I attach a link to this blog:

How Can Small Businesses Use ResearchEase
Recently I came across an online article citing the problems small busineses have in providing healthcare for their workers:
http://www.healthreform.gov/reports/helpbottomline/
Here is another area where small businesses do not have to worry about covering their workers…when they outsource their projects to virtual assistants like ResearchEase.
We can also look at the problems that small businesses have in covering their retirement plans for employees:

Is it not easier to just have project based work by Researchease and save yourself a lot of money?

VA (Virtual Assistant) to Company Relationship - The Advantages
A company may hire a Communications Coordinator to handle all their in-house brochures, newsletters and update their company blog among other things. This individual sits in the office, receives company benefits and needs to be insured by the company.
Researchease, however, can manage these projects on an individual basis:
Project 1: Bi-Monthly Newsletter
Project 2: Daily Update of the Company Blog
Project 3: Annual Review Brochure
These projects can be billed separately and managed as an outsource project by ResearchEase without being a monthlly paid worker on the company payroll.
Within this concept lies the biggest saving to the company.
Should you request a quote on separate projects from ReseachEase, please write to us at researchease@gmail.com.
Thank you!
CAVA - Caribbean Association of Virtual Assistants
Take a look at the CAVA website (http://www.caribbeanassist.com), and you will be impressed! I myself feel a sense of pride in being a member of this group.
Virtual Assistance (VA) is just starting off in Trinidad, though some of the VAs have been working for a number of years. (www.fivestarexecutives.com).
In the directory, you can find VAs from Trinidad and Tobago, Jamaica and Barbados and links to those in USA and Australia.
The challenge with the VA industry in the Caribbean is that it is a different concept than most businesses are accustomed to. However, it is an affordable and dynamic way for businesses to outsource work in the form of projects without having to provide for the benefits of a worker in the organisation. This is also an advantage to Virtual assistants who may choose this line of work because their creative juices and workflow are better suited to freelance work.
